“We were once enwombed in the earth and the silence of the body remembers that dark, inner longing.
“Fashioned from clay, we carry the memory of the earth. Ancient, forgotten things stir within our hearts, memories from the time before the mind was born.
“Within us are the depths that keep watch. These are depths no words can trawl or light unriddle.
“Our neon times have neglected and evaded the depth-kingdoms of interiority in favour of the ghost realms of cyberspace. Our world becomes reduced to intense but transient foreground. We have unlearned the patience and attention of lingering at the thresholds where the unknown awaits us…”
“…The earth is our origin and destination. The ancient rhythms of the earth have insinuated themselves into the rhythms of the human heart. The earth is not outside us; it is within: the clay from where the tree of the body grows.
“When we emerge form our offices, rooms and houses, we enter our natural element. We are children of the earth: people to whom the outdoors is home. Nothing can separate us from the vigour and vibrancy of this inheritance.
“In contrast to our frenetic, saturated lives, the earth offers a calming stillness. Movement and growth in nature takes it time. The patience of nature enjoys the ease of trust and hope.
“There is something in our clay nature that needs to continually experience this ancient, outer ease of the world. It helps us to remember who we are and why we are here.”

Thankyou for framing this to our modern lives. It’s an easy thing to look “outward” all the time, and avoid our inner selves. my experience is that it takes pain to make the shift. Nature is patient, enduring and beautiful.kinda grateful to be alive this day.

what a wonderful use of the WWW and cyberspace: words to remind us of anything but…….. exquisite is definitely the word

Astral Projection…word of the day. It is real in an illusionary world and more real than something touched feels..It will free you body and mind of this dense gravity we are all use to experiencing on a daily basis. While we
have a great need in the bond and kinship this earth planet provides we also need our astral bodies and mind freeing experinces that it will bring. Once this is mastered you will then be able to speak from within your soul about such treasured experiences without being ignorant as to what they behold. Just like Visions, the “knowing” tells you the truth and edification soon follows.
