So often we rush through the day or even ignore the morning, dreading the alarm or having to get out of the warm bed. I lived in Nicaragua for a month and lived by the sun…practicing ashtanga yoga as it rose and walking along the beach as it set. Every morning is an opportunity. Every morning is a chance to try again or try something else. Every morning is our gift…love this article. Very beautiful. And the perfect thing to read as I have my tea this morning :)
